Our journeys of discovering new unique varieties of coffee, are not over. This time, our new addition is India Valparai and it comes from the small farms of Anamallais, southwest of India. In this exploration, we passed through the lush forests and large areas with coffee trees and reached an altitude of 1070 meters. Around us, the home of many rare species of animals, in a spring flowering nature.
